This last Friday I manned the booth for our company at the Pacific Northwest Bookseller's Association. There were only two companies that did anything drastically different than just putting up their books. Ours got very favorable reactions. Everyone loved the blood splatters and severed foot.

What's fun about these shows is you never know who you'll meet or talk to. I went from talking to a lesbian who wrote a book about her and her partner trying to get pregnant to talking to a man about his book that shows science and religion are not incompatable.
