Just how does one deal with someone who is hysterically, psychosisly (is that a word?) afraid of you? If you write too little, they think you're being mean and rude. If you write too much, they go into information overload, won't comprehend any word, and feel pursecuted.

Saying "I'm sorry you're too worked up to read anything rationally." It just doesn't set the right mood.

And can you really put as a subject line: "Please take your meds twenty minutes before reading this email."

I guess not.

I suppose you just have to apologize for not taking that ESP class in college.

Sometimes I wonder if this is how God feels when He tries to communicate with us.
